Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage executive appointments and maintain organized schedules for management.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing detailed responses or redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Schedule staff duties and oversee office workflow to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation on behalf of the executive team.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, supporting the recruitment process.
- Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track and manage inventory and office supplies, coordinating procurement as necessary.
- Assist with meeting preparations, agenda creation, and documentation of minutes.
- Handle travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives.
- Support event planning, team coordination, and office logistics as required.
Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of administrative experience with a focus on Event management.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment support and candidate management.
- Reliable, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Filipino or Indian Nationality
