Job responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management
- Assist in sales operations including:
- Preparing quotations
- Following up with clients
- Issuing sales invoices
- Updating inventory and maintaining sales records
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and vouchers
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and support audits when required
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial and business documentation
- Collaborate with team members and departments to improve workflow efficiency
- Perform additional office support duties such as data entry, document handling, and admin support
Requirements:
- Filipina female candidate
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiar with sales or customer service operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Presentable with a professional attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates with Tally or ERP knowledge will have an advantage
- Willing to relocate and work in Qatar with provided accommodation and transport
Salary : 💵 2,500 QAR💵 (basic 2,200 + 300 food allowance)
