Key responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and internal documentation
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings for staff and executives
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Order, track, and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable office environment
  • Support in compiling data and assisting with basic reporting

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  • Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with valid and transferable visa
  • Filipino female candidates only will be considered for this role
