Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain product and service features to clients
- Collaborate with clients and engineers to ensure equipment meets required specifications
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Follow up on leads to secure orders and ensure timely product delivery
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build long-term client trust
- Assist in identifying and planning product modifications to meet evolving customer needs
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve product usage issues
- Recommend new or upgraded products that offer cost-effective and efficient solutions
- Ensure compliance with company standards and technical specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or technical customer support roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must be currently available in Qatar and ready to join immediately
- Nationality: Indian candidates only
