Key responsibilities:
- Assist in all HR and administration activities across departments
- Support the development and implementation of HR systems and processes
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities
- Ensure full legal compliance with labor law and HR policies
- Manage employee entitlements, including payroll, overtime, EOSB, and final settlements
- Process employee requests such as leave applications, letters, and salary certificates
- Handle departmental audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and QHSE standards
- Generate weekly HR reports related to employee activities, attendance, and communication
- Issue verbal and written warnings in accordance with company policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including as HR manager or HR officer
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven skills in payroll processing, documentation, and policy enforcement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Must be available locally in Qatar for immediate hiring
- Nationality: Arab female only
