Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, test, and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems in compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of pumping systems, air compressors, air dryers, vacuum pumps, calorifiers, heat exchangers, pressurization systems, and water filtration systems.
• Ensure efficient functioning of fire safety systems, including sprinklers, hose reels, detection systems, pre-action sprinklers, and FM200.
• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Perform technical evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and improvement proposals for mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and performance analysis to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and compliance reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Work closely with design teams for pump system optimization and energy efficiency improvements.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for HVAC and mechanical maintenance operations.
• Stay updated with local fire safety regulations and industry best practices to enhance system reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing system maintenance and operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fire safety standards, and pumping system design.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing engineering teams, contractors, and technical staff.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PRO-E, and MS Office for system design and reporting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong technical report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
