Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of cakes, cookies, pastries, and desserts.
  • Specialize in chocolates and traditional Arabic desserts, ensuring authenticity and quality.
  • Create innovative pastry recipes while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and overall quality of baked goods.
  • Manage daily pastry production, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting demand.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety regulations.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
  • Train and guide junior pastry staff in baking techniques and food safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a coffee shop, bakery, or well-known restaurant chain.
  • Expertise in chocolate work and Arabic desserts is a plus.
  • Ability to create high-quality pastries with precision and creativity.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Sample photos of previous pastry work (Required).
