Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef de partie in food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Prepare and cook various Asian dishes, specializing in sushi and sashimi.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and ensure efficient kitchen workflow.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create new dishes and improve existing menu items.
- Follow kitchen protocols and safety standards to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and sushi preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary : π΅ 2,550 QAR π΅ (QAR 2,250 basic + QAR 300 food allowance)
