Key responsibilities:

• Create custom floral arrangements for various events, including birthdays, graduations, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Design and arrange bouquets, centerpieces, and floral decorations based on client requirements.
• Decorate chocolates, gift baskets, and floral displays for special occasions.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide expert recommendations based on themes and budgets.
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers by following proper storage and handling techniques.
• Keep up with floral design trends and introduce new creative ideas for arrangements.
• Ensure all floral designs are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
• Work closely with event planners, decorators, and other team members to execute large-scale floral projects.
• Manage inventory, flower orders, and stock replenishment to ensure availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist, preferably with GCC experience.
• Strong knowledge of floral design, arrangement techniques, and event décor.
• Expertise in chocolate decoration and creative gift wrapping.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
