Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the carpentry and joinery industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
• Present, promote, and sell carpentry and joinery products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of outdoor sales experience in carpentry, joinery, or related industries.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery products, services, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Arabic speaker preferred for effective communication with the local market.

Salary : 💵 5,000 – 10,000 QAR 💵
