Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages following standard recipes.
- Showcase proficiency in latte art and creative coffee presentation.
- Operate and maintain commercial coffee machines and equipment effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area at all times.
- Educate customers about coffee options, origins, and brewing methods.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all beverages meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and workplace harmony.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafΓ© or restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in making specialty and commercial coffee drinks.
- Expertise in latte art with a creative flair.
- Good understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and equipment maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Salary : π΅ 2,500 QAR π΅ (QAR 2,000 + QAR 300 Food Allowance)
