Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions through consultations and discussions.
• Develop tailored nutritional plans to address patients’ health conditions and wellness goals.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, making adjustments to nutritional plans as needed.
• Educate patients on proper food choices, portion control, and the impact of diet on overall health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in dietary recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of patients’ progress and nutritional plans using data entry tools.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in nutrition and dietary science.
• Provide expert guidance on specialized diets for patients with chronic illnesses or medical conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Dietitian in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Certified or licensed Dietitian with valid credentials.
• Strong understanding of nutritional principles and the ability to create effective dietary plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling.
• Proficient in computer applications and data entry.
• Knowledge of specialized diets for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary : 💵 4,000 – 4,500 QAR 💵
