Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical equipment and systems.
• Manage electrical upgrades, repairs, and replacements as needed to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team for effective issue resolution.
• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Ensure adherence to facility management policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and facility management practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with a strong focus on electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) and readiness to join immediately.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for electrical engineering.
