Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize production schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve company goals and maintain high performance.
• Maintain and improve the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production or manufacturing management, with a track record of achieving operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Salary : 💵 QAR 7,000 – QAR 12,000 💵
