Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including breads, pastries, and custom orders, following standardized recipes.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain bakery equipment and ensure it adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Train and guide production staff on recipes, baking techniques, and proper sanitation practices.
• Develop and test new recipes to improve product offerings and meet customer demands.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of orders.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with management to optimize production schedules and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare reports on production performance, including output, quality, and any operational issues.

Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a bakery or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, production processes, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with operating various types of bakery machinery and tools.
• High school diploma or a degree in technical, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
