Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote in-house properties to prospective tenants through various channels, including online listings, social media, and property platforms like Qatar Living and Property Finder.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and ensure consistent property visibility.
- Manage property listings, update content regularly, and ensure accurate and appealing descriptions and images.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and requirements, presenting suitable property options that match their expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing property features, amenities, and benefits professionally to drive tenant engagement.
- Handle tenant inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about property availability, lease terms, and associated conditions.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and commission rates with prospective tenants to secure successful transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and companies to secure new property listings and identify potential tenants.
- Facilitate and oversee the handover of leased properties to new tenants, ensuring a seamless process and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address property issues promptly and maintain property quality.
- Monitor commission payments, ensuring collection, proper documentation, and timely processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, providing insights on property inquiries, listings, and lease progress.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to remain competitive in the real estate sector.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local Qatari real estate market, platforms, and client preferences.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus.
- Proficiency in using property platforms, social media channels, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities to address tenant queries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple listings, inquiries, and follow-ups effectively.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
