Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff in line with company policies and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations and adequate coverage.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
• Monitor food safety procedures and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor quality standards in food preparation and service, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective financial planning and resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations.
• Proficient in inventory management and financial planning for restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges proactively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
