Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in the Qatari market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients.
• Facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance business opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and outreach programs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, AI advancements, and software solutions to position the company effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees such as MBA or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.
• Proven success in the Qatari market, with a deep understanding of its business landscape.

Technical Expertise

• Strong IT background with an understanding of AI and software development.
• Experience in utilizing CRM systems and business analytics tools.

Skills

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary : 💵 8,000 – 11,000 QAR 💵
