Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet the needs of customers by recommending appropriate spare parts and accessories.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of car spare parts, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
- Monitor stock levels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Provide technical advice and solutions to customers regarding spare parts and vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare and present sales reports, including performance analysis and customer feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to maintain inventory levels.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Automotive, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on car spare parts.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of car spare parts and their applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in sales software and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and orders.
- Nationality: Open to Indian Nationals currently residing in Qatar.
Salary : 💵 3,000 – 3,500 QAR 💵
