Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute ideas, research, and data to help design and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Plan Execution: Coordinate marketing plans for each product or service across multiple channels.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create promotional approaches and strategies, including special events and sponsorships.
• Client Engagement: Answer client inquiries about product and service benefits, delivering superior customer service to maintain excellent client relationships.
• Sales Target Achievement: Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and work to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to managers and executives.
• Team Collaboration: Assign team members to projects and client accounts, as needed, and provide direction and support to the sales and marketing team.
• Trend Analysis: Study market trends, demographics, and pricing strategies to improve marketing performance.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Implement and follow company policies and procedures.
• Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a diverse market.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and devise creative solutions to challenges.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Adaptability: Willingness to attend trade shows and travel to meet clients as needed.
• Open to Filipino Nationality

Salary : 💵 3,500 QAR 💵(56,000PHP)
