Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning and pest control services, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Develop and maintain housekeeping protocols aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Train and oversee cleaning staff, ensuring they follow safety and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage and schedule routine and deep cleaning activities based on operational needs.
• Handle and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or client complaints promptly.
• Develop and implement pest control plans in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
• Prepare reports on cleaning activities, pest control measures, and overall housekeeping status for management.
• Collaborate with management on improving and maintaining quality control measures.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma or Certification in Cleaning Services, Housekeeping, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing cleaning and pest control operations, ideally in a building or hospitality environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in housekeeping protocols and pest control planning.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact well at all levels and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and able to manage workload effectively.
