Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities in the Qatar market.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging industry connections and knowledge to close deals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client consultations to showcase our services and understand client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and enhance revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate client requirements and ensure project success.
- Manage client feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Regularly analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Utilize CRM software for managing leads, tracking progress, and maintaining organized sales records.
- Submit regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of successful experience in sales, preferably in event management.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driverβs license for travel to client meetings within Qatar.
- Preferred Filipino or Indian Nationality
