Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures on nursing practices, healthcare procedures, and HSE-related topics such as first aid, workplace safety, and emergency protocols.
• Design and implement training programs for nursing staff, ensuring the content is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and assess students’ progress by creating tests, practical assessments, and simulations.
• Conduct first aid training sessions for both nursing staff and non-medical personnel, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of emergency care.
• Stay updated with nursing education trends, methodologies, and advancements to integrate into teaching practices.
• Develop course materials and lesson plans, including visual aids, presentations, and manuals for nursing students and healthcare staff.
• Engage and motivate students through interactive teaching techniques, encouraging participation and practical application of learned skills.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, offering guidance and support to help them succeed academically and professionally.
• Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure consistency in the delivery of nursing education and compliance with institutional policies.
• Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and performance to ensure successful completion of the courses.
• Collaborate with hospital or healthcare administration to identify key areas where staff training is required.
• Lead workshops and seminars on specific healthcare topics, offering continuing education opportunities for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (PRC license not required).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with a background in teaching, training, or conducting workshops.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct staff training in first aid, HSE, and related health topics.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple sessions, and handle various tasks efficiently.
• Pleasant personality, capable of engaging with students and motivating them to excel.

Salary : 💵 4,500 QAR 💵(70,800PHP)
