Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meal ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing vegetables, meats, and other items.
• Maintain cleanliness by properly washing and drying dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards after every use.
• Ensure kitchen workstations are kept clean and organized, including removal of garbage, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Help with food storage by organizing and stocking ingredients in refrigerators, freezers, and pantry areas.
• Support the chef and kitchen team by fetching items, delivering food to the front of house, and performing other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and ensuring they are properly stored in a timely manner.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment.
• Adhere to the company’s quality standards and procedures for meal preparation and kitchen maintenance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring meals are delivered promptly and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a multi-branch restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food preparation standards.
• Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment and stand for long periods.
• Experience working in multiple branches is a plus.
