Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute engaging social media campaigns that align with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Create compelling content (text, images, videos) or collaborate with content creators for high-quality output across various platforms.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages across multiple social media channels to boost community interaction.
• Use social media analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data, and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing, ensuring the company remains competitive in the online space.
• Utilize design software tools like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other applications to create visually appealing posts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Implement paid social advertising strategies (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to enhance brand awareness and drive targeted traffic.
• Research and develop partnerships with influencers and other brands to expand the company’s social media presence.
• Keep track of industry news, algorithm updates, and platform changes to optimize social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Suite).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset to craft engaging content.
• Experience in social media advertising and knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
