Key Responsibilities:

• Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on vehicles to remove dents, dings, and hail damage without the need for repainting.
• Use specialized tools to manipulate and massage dents from the inside of panels, restoring them to their original condition.
• Assess the extent of damage and determine the best techniques to ensure the preservation of the vehicle’s paint finish.
• Work on a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, trucks, SUVs, and luxury vehicles.
• Handle minor collision repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to the vehicle’s body.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high-standard repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed repair notes.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs, meeting customer and company deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest PDR techniques, tools, and industry trends to provide top-quality service.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly post-repair to ensure all dents have been properly addressed.
• Communicate with customers when needed to explain the repair process and provide status updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in paintless dent repair (PDR).
• In-depth knowledge of PDR techniques, tools, and methods for repairing dents, dings, and hail damage.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and physical strength to manipulate metal panels effectively.
• Ability to preserve the vehicle’s original paint finish while performing repairs.
• Experience working on a variety of vehicles, from compact cars to luxury models.
• Ability to assess the damage quickly and develop a repair plan for optimal results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• GCC experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills to explain the repair process to customers when necessary.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.

Salary : 💵 2,500 QAR 💵(38,400PHP) (Negotiable based on experience)
