ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supervisor / Team Leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team, uphold standards, and drive consistent operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Monitor performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and shift handovers.
• Handle escalated customer or operational issues effectively.
• Coordinate with management on workflow and targets.
• Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 2 years of proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant operational tools or systems.
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
