ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supervisor / Team Leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team, uphold standards, and drive consistent operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Monitor performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and shift handovers.
- Handle escalated customer or operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with management on workflow and targets.
- Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 2 years of proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant operational tools or systems.
- Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
