Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores and ensure sales targets are met.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of store staff.
• Maintain high customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory, control shrinkage, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Drive sales growth, team motivation, and operational excellence.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years retail management experience (multi-store preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven record in achieving KPIs.
• Age: 35 years old and below
