Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple stores and ensure sales targets are met.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance of store staff.
- Maintain high customer service and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory, control shrinkage, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Drive sales growth, team motivation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience (multi-store preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven record in achieving KPIs.
- Age: 35 years old and below
