Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth of aluminum products such as extrusions, sheets, and scrap.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients including manufacturers, contractors, and construction companies.
- Provide technical consultation to clients regarding aluminum grades, specifications, and suitable applications.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize quotations, pricing, and sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the aluminum, metal, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum products and their applications in construction or industrial manufacturing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand material specifications, and explain technical details to clients.
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, site inspections, and industry events.
- Arabic nationality and Arabic-speaking (mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Open to local or overseas candidates.
