MUST BE ARABIC SPEAKER
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience.

Education : A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or Business is preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
  • • Set sales targets and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
  • • Manage key accounts and distributor operations.
  • • Drive business development in public and private channels, including tenders and institutional sales.
  • • Oversee sales performance, pipeline management, planning, and reporting.
  • • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and conduct territory analyses.
  • Driving license – Mandatory
