acquiring clients while ensuring efficient, timely product delivery. Key responsibilities include securing
new business, negotiating freight rates, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics teams.
They maintain client relationships, process orders, and ensure accurate, cost-effective shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Care: Finding new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring high service
levels to drive sales volume .
Logistics Coordination: Managing the end-to-end process from order receipt to final delivery, including
coordinating with warehousing and transport providers.
Negotiation & Sales: Providing quotes, negotiating prices and contract terms with customers and
carriers.
Documentation & Compliance: Preparing shipping documents, invoices, and ensuring compliance with
customs regulations.
Operational Optimization: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery,
and resolving delivery issues.
Reporting & Analysis: Using data to forecast demand, analyze performance, and meet sales/budget
targets.
Qatar Driving license is required
