Position Objective:
Represent the brand and maximize sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
Support store operations, maintenance, and visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver high standards of service (GREET, UNDERSTAND, EXPLAIN, SELL, THANK).
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed following VM guidelines.
- Handle POS/billing efficiently, process payments, and maintain cash accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies.
- Flexible to work extended hours, shifts, and during sales periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail/sales experience.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Strong product knowledge, operational awareness, and attention to security.
