Job Summary:
Skilled Refrigerator Technician with proven experience working in restaurant chains, commercial kitchens, or malls.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Refrigerator/Refrigeration Technician in restaurants, malls, commercial kitchens, or food service environments – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and cooling equipment.
• Certification in refrigeration or HVAC systems is preferred.
• Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigerators, freezers, chillers, cold rooms, ice machines, and display coolers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in refrigeration units and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and system checks to ensure proper cooling performance.
• Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fan units.
• Handle refrigerants safely in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation.
• Respond quickly to service calls to minimize downtime for food storage operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for spare parts and technical support.
