ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a professional, well-presented, and organised Receptionist / Front Desk Officer with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage front-of-house operations to a high standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, bookings, and meeting rooms.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a front-desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
