ABOUT THE ROLE
We Are Looking For Organized, Detail-Oriented, And Proactive Purchasing Coordinators With A Genuine Passion For Procurement And A Commitment To Ensuring Smooth Supply Chain Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock requirements.
- Track shipments and resolve order issues.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Support procurement and administrative operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
