Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of building construction works to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• • Minimum 4 years experience in building construction in Qatar.
• • Strong technical and coordination skills.
• • Valid QID and transferable visa preferred.
• • Valid Qatar Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site operations.
• • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• • Implement project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• • Monitor progress and report daily/weekly status to management.
• • Ensure quality control and compliance with QCS/QCDD/Qatar regulations.
• • Resolve technical issues and propose engineering solutions.
• • Prepare method statements, shop drawings review, and material submittals.
• • Support cost control and resource planning.
