Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in managing end-to-end procurement operations.
• Education – Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field – preferred.
• Knowledge in inventory control management system and ISO/HSE and SAP/ERP experience required.
• Knowledge in UAE markets, Multilingual ,PC literate & GCC
• Duty Hours- 8.00AM- 5.00PM( 1h Break/ 1day off a week).
• Driving License is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational needs.
• Handle various spare parts of Automobile ,Generator, heavy lifting ,construction, material handling equipment’s.
• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities from requisition to delivery.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and follow up on pending orders or deliveries.
• Support cost control, supplier evaluation, and reporting of procurement activities.
• Should be able to work under high pressure.
