ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef with a specialisation in pastry arts, a creative eye, and the technical skill to deliver exceptional pastries and desserts to a consistently high standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked items.
- Develop and innovate new dessert recipes and seasonal menus.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage pastry kitchen operations and inventory.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Culinary qualification with a specialisation in pastry or baking.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- Creativity and passion for pastry arts.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
