Key Responsibilities:
- • Generate leads and manage HVAC project sales and AMC contracts
- • Identify and develop new sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.)
- • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers
- • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- • Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for proposals, quotations, and technical submissions
- • Track projects, tenders, and RFQs; follow up to closure
- • Stay updated on construction projects and market trends
- • Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal)
- • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
- • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
• Transferable RP required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
• 5–7 years of HVAC sales experience in Qatar
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, estimation, and technical drawings
• Good understanding of local MEP regulations and standards
• Established network of consultants and contractors in Qatar (advantage)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License
