Key Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Support in stocking and organizing raw materials and supplies.
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards as per central kitchen policies.
• Provide general assistance in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or central kitchen preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, reliability, and commitment to cleanliness.
• Locally available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship preferred.
