ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper / Steward with a strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and supporting kitchen operations effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment.
• Assist in unloading and storing food deliveries.
• Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with hygiene protocols.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
• Restock kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and safety rules.
• Physically fit with ability to work in hot and humid conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
