Job Summary:

The Junior Supervisor – Cheese Section supports senior management in daily operations, focusing on staff supervision, quality control, food safety, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cheese section operations and assign tasks
• Conduct quality checks on products (taste, texture, appearance)
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and deliveries
• Train junior staff and support performance improvement
• Prepare daily reports and documentation for audits
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in food retail or dairy production
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Basic leadership and staff supervision skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
