ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Clerk with strong analytical skills and the precision needed to maintain accurate stock records and support smooth warehouse operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Update inventory management systems with accurate data.
- Process incoming and outgoing stock documentation.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams on stock movements.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Previous experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
