ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and professional Host/Hostess with a natural ability to create a welcoming first impression and manage front-of-house operations seamlessly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Monitor wait times and keep guests informed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area.
- Communicate guest needs to the service team.
- Bid guests farewell and encourage return visits.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Calm and composed under pressure during peak hours.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
