Job Description: Fiber Laser Operator – Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fiber Laser Operator to operate and maintain fiber laser
cutting machines for stainless steel and metal fabrication in a kitchen equipment
manufacturing company. The role requires accuracy, technical knowledge, and adherence to
quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
 Operate fiber laser cutting machines for stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal
sheets.
 Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting layouts.
 Set machine parameters such as speed, power, and gas settings according to material
specifications.
 Load and unload metal sheets safely and efficiently.
 Monitor cutting quality and make adjustments to ensure precision and minimal material
wastage.
 Perform basic machine maintenance and report technical issues.
 Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
 Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:
 Proven experience as a Fiber Laser Operator.
 Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum sheets.
 Ability to read technical drawings and cutting files.
 Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
 Good understanding of safety procedures in a fabrication environment.
 Physically fit to work in a factory or workshop setting.

Salary & Package:
 Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,000
 Accommodation: Provided by the company

Preferred:
 2–5 years relevant experience
 Experience in kitchen equipment or metal fabrication industry
 Gulf experience is an advantage
