Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Female Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specialty coffee shop. The role involves staff management, customer service excellence, inventory control, financial oversight, and maintaining high coffee quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing
• Lead, train, and supervise baristas and service staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers
• Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic financial tracking
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Support marketing activities and promotional initiatives
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in F&B or hospitality management
• Prior barista experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of coffee products and brewing standards
• Food Handling Certificate required
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
