Key responsibilities:
- Plan and create content for Joud and sister companies across:
o Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc., depending on brand)
o Blog / website updates
o Basic email campaigns and newsletters - Draft copy in line with each brand’s tone of voice and guidelines
- Coordinate with design (or use basic design tools like Canva/Figma) to create visual assets
- Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blogs, webinars, FAQs) into short-form posts and
stories - Manage and grow Joud and related brands’ social media channels
- Own a content calendar and posting schedule for each brand
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, and escalate where needed
- Track engagement (reach, impressions, clicks, saves, shares, followers) and propose
improvements - Set up and manage basic paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Support with audience targeting, creatives, and ad copy
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare simple performance reports
- Coordinate with external agencies when needed (e.g., for larger or more technical
campaigns) - Stay up to date on social media and digital marketing trends, especially in:
o Fintech / BNPL / payments
o GCC and MENA markets
o Fashion & Jewelries - Proactively suggest new content formats and platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, carousels,
etc.) - Benchmark Joud and group brands against key competitors and bring ideas to close the gap
- Work with:
o Marketing / Growth lead (or CMO/Head of Marketing)
o Product team (for new features, launches, and in-app campaigns)
o HR / People (for employer branding content) - Help maintain an organized library of content assets and campaign records
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with Internship experience
- Strong content creation skills: writing and basic visual sense
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or multiple brands
- Basic experience with paid advertising on at least one platform (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with social media and ad metrics (reach, CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
- Comfortable working across multiple brands/companies and switching context
- Very good English writing; Strong Native Arabic is a must (especially for GCC audience)
- Experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or financial services is a plus
- Experience with marketing tools such as:
o Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o Mailchimp / HubSpot / other email tools
o Canva / Figma or similar - Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Detail-oriented and consistent in executing the content calendar
- Curious and proactive about new trends, formats, and platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities
- Data-aware: looks at numbers and uses them to improve content and campaigns
- Team player who can take feedback and iterate quickly
