ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Cook with solid culinary technique, a strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality meals consistently under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Set up, maintain, and clean workstations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies correctly.
- Monitor food quality and notify supervisors of any concerns.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service periods.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Food safety certification is an advantage.
