ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef eager to develop culinary skills and contribute reliably to a professional kitchen environment with a positive, hands-on attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies correctly.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak service.
- Comply with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a culinary career.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
