ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef with strong culinary skills, kitchen leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan, prepare, and execute menu items to the highest standard.
- Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
